安东尼·海伊 （Anthony J.G. Hey）是微软研究院学术合作部副总裁，负责微软公司的全球外部合作研究和技术计算战略。他是英国皇家工程院院士，也是英国物理学会（IOP）、英国计算机学会（BCS）、国际工程技术学会（IET）和国际计算机学会（ACM）的杰出会士。
